4.) She licks her lips: women know men find this sexy and if she licks her lips while you're watching she is definitely flirting. Also when we get nervous our mouths get dry and we need to lick our lips.

5.) She exposes her neck, stomach, and other intimate parts of her body. If you see her drawing attention to intimate parts of her body in your direction you have an open invitation to approach her. This is the most common type of flirting.

6.) She smiles at you. Another open invitation to approach her. The best reaction to this gesture is to smile back.

Okay so to the question about what he meant by it...it just means that he likes your attention which could possibly mean he likes you too. Here's how you flirt and make it obvious: 1) When he says "hey " don't just simply say "hey " say "hey jesse " it more personal when you say his name and it makes him feel special cause you didn't just say it out of politeness. I don't know about you but sometimes when I'm walking down the hall and someone says hey to me I say hey back without even realizing who I'm saying hey to. Unless its the guy I like. Then I make sure he knows I noticed him. :) 2) When you meet eyes STARE. Not in a creepy way though. Don't freak him out. Make sure you add a smile with it. 3) When you see him don't give him the usual polite smile. Smile extra big at him so he knows you're happy to see him. 4) Compliment the way he looks. But be subtle. Don't be too forward. Just say something like "I like your shirt. Blue works for you. " That way he can tell you're flirting and he'll love the confidence boost.
