4.) She licks her lips: women know men find this sexy and if she licks her lips while you're watching she is definitely flirting. Also when we get nervous our mouths get dry and we need to lick our lips.

5.) She exposes her neck, stomach, and other intimate parts of her body. If you see her drawing attention to intimate parts of her body in your direction you have an open invitation to approach her. This is the most common type of flirting.

6.) She smiles at you. Another open invitation to approach her. The best reaction to this gesture is to smile back.

Ooh.. tough one. There's really no definite answer for this one. Everyone gets jealous at different things and at different point. Ur gf is like my bf. LOL. Maybe its safe to say flirting would mean, u giving EXTRA attention, being EXTRA nice or nice to someone but with a different intention(s) or with sexual thoughts included. It's all in YOUR head n in YOUR heart. You know best. N no i don't believe that when u're laughing or smiling to co-workers means that u're flirting. That's just jealous talk from ur partner. Im sure she smiles at random people too. People asking for directions. Smile. Buying things at 7-11. Smile at the cashier. She don't talk to guy friends and smile and laugh along at what they say? And OMG! Work place is where u NEED to smile and laugh alot more! Good relationship with co-workers and boss is important. What? She thinks that can be achive by anger and crying and being a wall?
